Connecticut's Constitutional 10th Amendment Rights

What will Kathy do?

Assert Tenth Amendment Rights so as to, among other things:

  • Support new proposals of the Connecticut Assembly as they work to write and propose a bill to assert Connecticut's rights under the Tenth Amendment, thereby preventing the Federal Government from imposing future funded or unfunded mandates on Connecticut
  • Propose and pass legislation to limit funded and unfunded state mandates upon municipalities
